Everything is quoted as a fixed monthly or annual fee before we start. We do not bill for phone calls, and we have never sent a client an invoice they had not already seen.
Questions
Do you take clients mid-year?
Yes, and it is usually the better time. Coming to us in March means we are meeting your books and your deadline at once.
Do you do audits?
No. We prepare and we advise. If you need an audit we will name three firms that do them properly and none of them pays us anything.
What software do you use?
Yours, if it is QuickBooks, Xero or Wave. We do not require you to move, and we do not resell anybody’s licence.
