You get a scaled plan, a planting list and an itemised build cost. It is yours. If you take it to another builder we will not mind, and we will answer their questions.
Design is charged separately for exactly that reason — a design you have paid for is a design you can act on.

Build costs are itemised and quoted from the drawing. Most whole-garden builds we do fall between $28,000 and $90,000, and we say so on the first visit rather than at the quote.
