After a storm the first job is stopping water getting in, and the second is documenting what happened before anyone touches it. Those two are in tension, so we photograph first and tarp second.
We do not handle your claim for you and we are not public adjusters. We give you dated, geotagged photographs and a written assessment, which is what an adjuster actually needs.
