Storm damage
Emergency tarping, documented damage assessment, and the photographs your insurer will ask for.
After a storm the first job is stopping water getting in, and the second is documenting what happened before anyone touches it. Those two are in tension, so we photograph first and tarp second.
We do not handle your claim for you and we are not public adjusters. We give you dated, geotagged photographs and a written assessment, which is what an adjuster actually needs.
- Emergency tarping
- Same day where we can reach you. Stops the interior damage compounding.
- Documented assessment
- Dated photographs and a written report, yours to give your insurer.
- Repair or replace
- An honest answer, with the evidence attached.
How a job goes
-
We go up
A real inspection, not a walk around the garden. About an hour.
-
You see the photographs
Every one we took, including the ones that argue against a replacement.
-
Written scope
Materials named, warranty stated, price fixed. Nothing is "to be determined" except rotten deck, which is priced per sheet.
-
The work
Our own crew. Skip and site protection included, and the driveway swept with a magnet at the end.
Book a roof inspection.
About an hour, at no cost, and you get the photographs whatever you decide.
