Questions people actually ask.
How do you bill?
Hourly for disputes, because nobody can honestly price an opponent’s behaviour. Fixed fee for most transactional work, agreed in writing before we start.
Do you take contingency matters?
No. We act for businesses on commercial matters, and a contingency arrangement rarely aligns with what a company actually needs from counsel.
Can you act outside Texas?
Our attorneys are admitted in Texas. For matters elsewhere we work with counsel admitted in that jurisdiction rather than pretending otherwise.
What should I not put in the contact form?
Anything confidential or privileged. Sending the form does not create an attorney–client relationship, and until one exists in writing we cannot treat what you send as protected.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different. The description of any past matter is not a prediction, a guarantee, or a promise about your own.
